Texas S.W.A.G. Track & Field Club


Strength and Conditioning Training gives the athlete an opportunity to get stronger and better
conditioned before we step on a track.  We will coach/teach proper
technique, running mechanics, and strength and conditioning exercises so
the athlete can be more successful on the track.  The training will be
every Saturday and Sunday, beginning Saturday, February 10, 2018 through
Sunday March 18, 2018.  See below for age levels and times:

SATURDAY: 12:00 – 1:30 for ages  9, and 10 year olds
SATURDAY: 1:30 – 3:00 for age 11, 12, 13, and 14 year olds
SUNDAY: 4:00 – 5:30 for age  9, and 10 year olds
SUNDAY: 5:30 – 7:00 for age 11, 12, 13, and 14 year olds

(NOTE: if you have more than one athlete who are in different age
groups, you are able to bring them to the same session.  Ages are based
on the athlete’s age as of December 31, 2017

LOCATION: Our training will be held @ H2T (Head2Toe Fitness &
Nutrition).  The address is 605 E. Palace Pkwy, Ste. B5.
